Wyler Art Studio News: September 2008Kris will have a booth in Artissimo, the annual fall art show at the Cultural Center in downtown Canton, Ohio, on Friday evening, October 10 (4 p.m. to 9 p.m.) and Saturday, October 11 (11 a.m. to 5 p.m.). The Cultural Center is located at 1001 Market Ave N, in downtown Canton. Forever Changing, featuring the art of Kristine Wyler, continues to be on display at North Canton's Little Art Gallery through September 14, 2008. The show features watercolor, oil, and acrylic paintings as well as some of Kris's early china and porcelain painting. Works include Norma's View (oil on board) which re-creates the churning ocean on a day when full moon, wild winds, and an exceptionally high tide battered Oregon's rocky coast, as well as abstracts Regatta and Worlds Apart. The Little Art Gallery is located at 185 North Main Street, North Canton, Ohio inside the North Canton Public Library. Gallery hours are Monday thru Thursday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Fridays 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays (after Labor Day): 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. For more information please call 330-499-4712 x312.
